As a graduate from Illinois State University with a focus in education, I realized that my passion lies in health and longevity. As a culinary expert, with 10+ years of experience, I promise to prepare meals with high quality ingredients while never compromising on taste.

Layers of corn tortillas, organic red enchilada sauce, organic black beans, corn, your choice of protein, and Mexican cheese baker together in a 9" x 9" pan. Topped with green onions. Please select organic ground beef or pulled chicken from Flat Iron Farms.  (GF)

Honey Hoisin Beef Bowls

Seasoned organic ground beef tossed with coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, and baby bello mushrooms served over rice. Topped with shredded carrots, green onions, and microgreens. (GF/DF)
