As a graduate from Illinois State University with a focus in education, I realized that my passion lies in health and longevity. As a culinary expert, with 10+ years of experience, I promise to prepare meals with high quality ingredients while never compromising on taste.

Take + Bake Stuffed Shells

Jumbo shell noodles stuffed with Italian sausage, grass-fed beef, ricotta, spinach, Parmesan and herbs. Topped with red sauce, mozzarella and parsley.

Roasted Cauliflower Soup

Perfect blend of cauliflower, shallots, vegetable broth, garlic, and onion. (GF)

$25.00 for 32 ounces

Chicken Piccata Meatballs

Ground chicken, fresh herbs, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Topped with our buttery lemon sauce and capers. Served over zucchini noodles,  or angel hair pasta and sauteed zucchini. (GF)

Winter Farro Salad

Pearled farro, raw almonds, honey crisp apples, feta cheese, cranberries, roasted butternut squash, arugula and our homemade lemon Dijon vinaigrette. (GF)
